Green residence visa applicants must provide a bank statement showing an income of at least 360,000 dirhams (or its equivalent in foreign currency) for the past two years.
This amount is divided by the average monthly salary of AED 15,000 for eligibility, provided that earnings are accumulated over a two-year period.
Green residency holders can extend these benefits for family members for five years and maintain their residency status for six months after their visa is canceled or expires.

Green residence visa for freelancers
You must apply for a Freelance/Self-Employment Permit from the Ministry of Human Resources and Emirates (MOHRE), have a degree and have an annual income of AED 360,000.
If you have multiple licenses, they will calculate the total investment by you.
