Spain Golden Visa Investment
The Law allows for non-EU citizens that either invest a substantial amount in Spanish business or real estate, or bring new business, as well as highly qualified professionals and investigators, to apply for a residency permit and thus intends to make Spain more attractive for international entrepreneurs. This residence Visa is aimed those foreigners who prove the acquisition of real estate in Spain with an investment of 500,000 Euros or more.
The applicant must prove having an investment in real estate of 500,000 Euros free of any charge or lien. The part of the investment that exceeds the amount required may be subject to charge or lien.
We provide the following service
- Management of the required documentation in order to get the approbation of the Golden Visa.
- residence in Spain for the client which the possibility to include children or grandchildren [descending], or parents or grandparents [ascending] or couple, for a period of time of 3 years with the possibility of renewing said term as long as the investment is maintained, according to Law 14 of 2013.
- Spanish N.I.E. processing.
- Hiring a private health insurance policy for a year period in order to covering all the specialties with a company that only operates in Spanish territory.
- Cultural integration in Spain.
- Processing all the needed documents not only in Spain but also in the client´s country of residence.
- Notarial management and intermediation with real state and property registration, and all that is necessary in Spain, excluding the payment of taxes, which is borne by the client.
The Services will also include any other consulting tasks which the Parties may agree to in writing, until the client receives the non lucrative residence Visa in their original passport. The Client should provide the Company with all the documentation required by articles 63 to 67 of the Law 14 of 2013 of the Spanish Government in order to be able to receive the residence Visa approval. The requirements of the mentioned law are the following:
- Proof of having acquired a property or properties for a minimum value of 500,000 Euros through certification of ownership and charges of the Property Registry corresponding to the property or real estate.
- If at the time of the visa application, the acquisition of the property is in the process of registration in the Property Registry, it will be sufficient to present the aforementioned certification in which the entry form for the acquisition document is valid, accompanied by documentation accrediting the payment of the corresponding taxes.
- The certificate must be dated within 90 days prior to the submission of the application.
- Economic solvency certificate attending to live in Spain for one year period (Bank statement for the last 6 month).
- Original and photocopy of Passport.
- Signed authorization for Paragoals Businessmen Services to manage the documents.
- 4 passport photos.
- Negative criminal record issued in the last three months by the authorities of the country or countries where the client have resided in the last five years. Original Police Clearance Certificate.
The approximate time for the realization of these services is two month.
